Group Classes

Join Lauren for a hatha flow yoga class suitable for beginners and all levels. Expect a dynamic, breath-led practice with modifications for all bodies. You’ll be guided through a sequence of postures that will help you to build strength, balance and flexibility while calming the mind, followed by a relaxation meditation. The classes are designed to bring awareness to the body and breath - helping you to feel more calm and connected. Yoga mats, blocks and a strap will be provided but please feel free to bring your own.
