Flow with me

Join me for a rejuvenating Hatha Yoga flow every Friday at 10am. This class is perfect if you’re trying yoga for the first time or if you’re looking to deepen your existing practice. In this class, we’ll tune into the body and connect with the breath as we move through a sequence of postures designed to build strength, flexibility and balance. We’ll end with a deeply restorative lying-down relaxation in Shavasana, leaving you feeling nourished, grounded, and refreshed. Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, my intention is to help you cultivate a deeper awareness of your body, a stronger connection to yourself, and to leave feeling calm, spacious, and energised. Join me on the mat and begin (or continue) your journey toward a greater sense of wellbeing. What you’ll need: A yoga mat, and if you have them, yoga blocks and a strap can support your practice — but they’re not essential. Please wear comfortable clothing you can move in and keep some water nearby. Additional information: This is a hybrid yoga class, offered both in person at the studio and live online via Zoom. This is an adult class, so you must be 18+ to attend. Please inform me before the class if you have any injuries or health concerns.
