About

I am deeply passionate about supporting individuals on their unique healing journeys, with a focus on helping each person feel more empowered and connected to themselves. I believe that by integrating working with the mind, body, and nervous system, we expand our capacity for growth and begin to embody a more authentic version of who we are. I am a fully qualified integrative therapist, registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and a qualified yoga teacher.

My personal journey combined with my professional training has equipped me with the expertise and wisdom to guide others on their path of growth and healing. It’s truly an honour and a privilege to support each person I work with, and I’m deeply committed to helping you reclaim your power and step into a life of alignment.

My Journey

My struggles with panic attacks, anxiety, and depression began in childhood and continued into my teenage years. As I entered young adulthood, I found myself trapped in a state of survival, where overwhelming feelings of low self-worth, panic, and crippling anxiety controlled my life. As my nervous system became increasingly dysregulated, I developed a range of health problems, including chronic muscle tension, irritable bowel syndrome, unexplained inflammation, and even cellular changes in my esophagus. As these issues persisted, my concern grew. My doctor suggested I would need to take medication daily for the rest of my life, but that didn’t resonate with me. Unwilling to simply rely on medication, I embarked on a life-changing healing journey.

As I began to feel safer in my body, my anxiety and hypervigilance began to reduce. My self-esteem grew and the health conditions that were once deemed irreversible started to reverse. I discovered that a holistic approach that integrates working with the mind, body, and nervous system, was essential in alleviating my symptoms and fostering deep change. I gradually shifted from crippling self-doubt to growing self confidence, from feeling unworthy to recognising my inherent worth, from seeking external validation and people pleasing to learning to validate myself. I also moved from playing small to more confidently taking up space, from struggles with boundaries to setting them without guilt or justification, and from a critical relationship towards myself to one of self compassion and self support. This is why I feel deeply called to support others.
