As a certified yoga teacher, I am passionate about helping students improve their physical and mental well-being through this ancient practice. I believe that yoga not only benefits us physically but also mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. It has been an essential part of my life for the past 6 years, and I am passionate about sharing its transformative benefits with others.

My classes are perfect for anyone who wants to try yoga for the first time or for someone who wants to deepen their practice. My teaching style focuses on encouraging students to connect with themselves and their body while cultivating presence and a calmer state of mind through movement, breath and intention. In my classes we start by tuning into the body and connecting with the breath, we then move mindfully through different postures while working on our strength, flexibility and balance and finish with a relaxation meditation. Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, my goal is to help you cultivate a deeper awareness of your body, a deeper connection to yourself, and to leave class feeling refreshed and energised. Join me on the mat and let's get started on your journey to a greater sense of wellbeing.

I want to help people find a practice that works for them and to make yoga accessible to everyone. I offer group classes tailored for all levels and private classes that are tailored specifically to you and your needs, goals, and preferences. Private classes are a great way to make sure that you get the most out of your practice, as I can focus on you individually and provide modifications and adjustments to help you get the most out of each pose.
