As a certified yoga teacher, I am passionate about supporting people to reconnect with their bodies and cultivate greater physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing through this ancient practice. Yoga has been an essential part of my life for over seven years, supporting me not only physically, but also emotionally, energetically, and spiritually and it’s a gift I feel deeply called to share.
My classes are welcoming and accessible, whether you are brand new to yoga or looking to deepen your existing practice. My teaching style is grounded, embodied, and invitational, encouraging you to listen inward and move in a way that feels supportive for your body and nervous system. Through conscious movement, breath, and intention, my aim is to help you cultivate presence, self-awareness, and a calmer state of mind and being.
Each class begins with time to arrive, tuning into the body and connecting with the breath, before moving mindfully through postures that support strength, mobility, flexibility, and balance. We close with relaxation and meditation, allowing the practice to integrate fully. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning again and again, my intention is that you leave feeling more connected, grounded, and at home within yourself.
I am passionate about making yoga accessible and adaptable, helping people find a practice that truly works for them. Alongside in-person and online group classes, I offer private sessions tailored to your individual needs, goals, and preferences. Private classes allow for a more personalised approach, with space for modifications, adaptations, and deeper support. For those who prefer to practice in their own time, I also offer the Embodied Yoga Library, a growing online collection of yoga classes, breathwork, somatic practices, and meditations designed to support your body, mind, and nervous system at your own pace. This space allows you to return to your practice whenever you need, choosing what feels right for you in each moment.
