Discover how the fawn response has been a protective mechanism and begin honoring its role. This module will kickstart the process of repatterning and rebirthing into a more empowered version of yourself.

Gain a deep understanding of how your nervous system shapes your experience of yourself, others, and the world. Through guided workshops, you’ll map and track your nervous system and learn powerful tools to regulate and create a felt sense of safety within. We’ll also explore the five survival responses of fight, flight, fawn, freeze, and shutdown.

Why I created this program?

I created this program because it speaks directly to my soul. For much of my life, I struggled with a fawn response and people-pleasing, which left me feeling disempowered, disconnected and dysregulated. Over the past 7 years, I’ve been on a journey of transformation, exploring and integrating various healing modalities. I’ve discovered the profound impact of working with the mind, body and nervous system to heal deeply and create lasting change.

As a psychotherapist, yoga teacher, and energy activation facilitator, I’ve had the privilege of supporting others with similar responses. This program is a culmination of my own healing journey and my professional experience, designed to empower you to break free from old patterns and step into more of your authentic, true, empowered self.

3-Month Payment Plan (£87/month):
If you request a refund within 30 days of your first payment, you will only be charged £66. Any amount paid above this will be refunded, and all future payments will be canceled.

4-Month Payment Plan (£66/month):
If you request a refund within 30 days of your first payment, you will keep your first payment of £66, and no further payments will be taken. No refund is issued, but future installments are canceled.
