By joining the Embodied Self healers Online Membership, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

You understand that there is a risk of injury, discomfort, or emotional responses, including the release of difficult feelings, when engaging in these practices.

Medical & Emotional Considerations: You are responsible for consulting with a qualified healthcare or mental health professional before beginning any new physical, somatic, or emotional wellness practice. You confirm that you do not have any medical or mental health conditions that would make participation unsafe.

Personal Responsibility: You agree to listen to your body and emotions and practice safely. You may modify, pause, or skip any exercise, pose, or practice that feels uncomfortable, physically or emotionally.

Release of Liability: By participating in the membership, you release Lauren Tansel, from any liability for physical injuries, emotional discomfort, or other losses that may result from your use of the online content.

Some online practices may include breathwork, including techniques such as breath holds or Breath of Fire. These practices can affect blood pressure, heart rate, and nervous system activity.
You should avoid these practices if you have any of the following:
