Arm Balance and Handstand Training
I offer one to one personalised training for individuals who want to learn how to do arm balances, inversions and handstands. I will tailor the one-to-one sessions specifically to you and your body, to help you make progress and reach your goals. The sessions will be personalised to you, whether you are a complete beginner or experienced and wanting to learn more.

These training sessions are tailored specifically to help you learn how to arm balance. I will guide you using a step by step methodological approach, with each session strategically designed to prepare, engage, and condition the muscles and parts of the body needed for progression. A session will start with a strategic warmup, followed by specifically tailored strength, mobility and flexibility drills, arm balance technique, tips and practice and then end with a deep stretch cool down.
