I created this program because it speaks directly to my soul. For much of my life, I struggled with a fawn response and people-pleasing, which left me feeling disempowered and disconnected. Over the past 7 years, I’ve been on a personal journey of transformation, exploring and integrating various healing modalities. I’ve discovered the profound impact of working with the mind, body, energy and nervous system to heal deeply and create lasting change.
As a therapist, yoga teacher, and energy activation facilitator, I’ve had the privilege of supporting others in overcoming similar patterns.
